Inside Lacrosse analyzed five breakthrough lacrosse players for the 2011 season. Grant Kaleikau ’08 who will start his junior year for the University of Delaware was named number four on the list. At Delaware last season Kaleikau was second in total points with a total of 41 (16 goals, 25 assists). Check out this video to see what inside lacrosse has to say about him.
Also check out the article that Inside Lacrosse wrote that mentions UMass junior Art Kell ’08. Kell was tied for the second leading scorer in 2010 with 21 goals. He also tallied 12 assists landing him with 33 points for the season. Kell suffered a broken foot eight games into the season, but was still ranked high in the team statistics. Before his injury he was 12th in NCAA points per game with 4.13, 19th in goals per game with 2.63, and 33rd in assists per game with 1.5.
