BA vs. UNH
Saturday, the BA Lacrosse Team faced the University of New Hampshire Wildcats. The Wildcats came out firing, stretching their lead to 5-1 going into the second quarter. The Wolverines fought back and clicked well. The defense kept the game close. The goal scores for the Wolverines were Zach Schwartz (Centerport, NY) added a hattrick, Joe Christman (Wilbraham, MA) had two, including one short handed, Colin Conley (Dudley, MA) with two, Cooper Chapman (Martha’s Vineyard, MA) with one, James May (Branford, CT) and Matt McCutcheon (Duxbury, MA) with one each. Even with all the scoring, it was not enough to beat UNH. BA lost 13-10.

BA vs. Navy Prep
The Bridgton lacrosse team played Navy prep in their second meeting this fall. Goals for Bridgton came from Joe Christman (Wilbraham, MA), James May (Branford, CT), Nolan Robison (Timmonium, MD), Zack Shwartz (Centerport, NY), and three for Joe Parnell (Marshfield, MA). Despite the best efforts of the team the game ended 22-7. The Wolverines will travel to Western New England University to compete against Army Prep on 10/12/13.

BA vs. Maine Lobsterman
Bridgton’s lacrosse team took to
the field this past Saturday against the Maine Lobsterman. The BA Team came out
firing on all cylinders and continued to battle the whole game. Although the
out come was not what the Wolverines where looking for, as it was a 17-8 loss,
there was still some bright spots. As Joe Christman (Wilbraham, MA) had five
goals, Grant Peacock (Montreal, CA), Matt McCutcheon (Duxbury, MA) and Colin
Conley (Dudley, MA) each had a goal.

BA vs. Navy Prep
The lacrosse team had a frustrating opening to their season, dropping their first game of the year on September 7 against a very strong Navy Prep team, 19-1. However, with a rematch looming during Parents and Alumni Homecoming Weekend on September 28, the BA lacrosse team has a shot at redemption.

of all, it’s much more strict.
It’s also all guys, it’s a locked campus and I have mandatory study hall
almost every night.
