Brad Coffey Competes in Freeskiing World Tour

Brad Coffey, one of the Wolverines on the lacrosse team this year, also is a competitive skier during the winter months. This year, Brad will be traveling to Crested Butte to compete in the US Extremes Event in the Freeskiing World Tour. Brad competed last year in the Junior Freeskiing Championships and placed 10th overall. This year, since Brad is competing in a higher age bracket, the competition will be tougher. With most skiers ranging in age from 20-30, Brad is one of the youngest competitors. Click this link to check out the tours website. You can also click this link to see a story ESPN wrote about the competition.

Pictures From Preseason

With winter workouts underway, we thought we would post a few pictures from preseason. There is quite the difference from the 90 degree heat of preseason to the -20 degree walk to the gym this morning. None the less, the team is always working hard!
